Into my heart, into my heart,
Spread into my heart, Lord Jesus;
Make home today and have Your way
In all of my heart, Lord Jesus.

The hymn “Into My Heart” is inspired by Paul's prayer in chapter 3 of Ephesians, where he prays "That Christ may make His home in your heart through faith." This prayer is the center of our experience of Christ for the building up of his church. After we receive Christ as our Savior, He needs to spread Himself into all the inward parts of our heart, which includes our mind, emotion and will – our soul.

For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father, of whom every family in the heavens and on earth is named, that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit into the inner man, that Christ may make His home in your hearts through faith,
that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be full of strength to apprehend with all the saints what the breadth and length and height and depth are and to know the knowledge-surpassing love of Christ,
 that you may be filled unto all the fullness of God. Ephesians 3:14-19

This spreading of Christ as the divine life into our heart is our sanctification and is very much needed as we draw closer to the Lords second coming. We realize that this world is getting more intense and harder to overcome, so we need to be sanctified wholly, spirit, soul and body, from the defiling influence and affect of this age. Our prayer in offering this CD to the Lord is that many young people will consecrate themselves and allow Christ to make His home in their hearts thus possessing their vessels in sanctification and honor.

And the God of peace Himself sanctify you wholly, and may your spirit and soul and body be preserved complete, without blame, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Thessalonians 5:23

For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you abstain from fornication; That each one of you know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor, 1 Thessalonians 4:3-4
