Burden

As therefore you have received Christ Jesus the Lord, walk in Him, having been rooted and being built up in Him, and being established in the faith
— Colossians 2:6-7a
That He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit into the inner man, that Christ may make His home in your hearts through faith, that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be full of strength to apprehend with all the saints what the breadth and length and height and depth are and to know the knowledge-surpassing love of Christ, that you may be filled unto all the fullness of God.
— Ephesians 3:16-19

Our burden in offering this CD to the Lord is that, by listening to and enjoying these hymns and spiritual songs, many young people would be encouraged to grow in Christ by establishing a deeper walk with Him. It is by being rooted and grounded in our fellowship with the Lord that we can be established and walk by the spirit to live a life on "Higher Ground."

Paul's prayer in Ephesians chapter three is for us to experience the Christ we have received. He prayed that this Christ would 'make His home' in our hearts, that is, to spread, to grow, to take possession of our heart, and thereby we would be rooted and grounded in love in order to be filled unto and express all the fullness of God.
